Building with BRIX
BRIX Real Estate is an award-winning collection of realtors who are always searching for innovative ways to educate and entertain their clients.
We've worked with BRIX on a variety of campaigns: producing short films that showcased Twin Cities neighborhoods; organizing, writing, and designing a series of lifestyle magazines; designing a set of educational books; coding a variety of microsites; working with teams inside BRIX to create unique identities. Once we even put the owner's dog on a billboard.
In 2018, BRIX was nominated for Most Innovative Marketing by Innman, alongside heavy hitters like Century21 and Coldwell Bankers. In 2019, BRIX won Most Innovative Brokerage.

An award-winning series of short films. A spotlight on three neighborhoods, three businesses, three stories.
We conceptualized the films, hired a video production team, wrote scripts, handed actors bottles of sparkling water, and even starred as extras in A Date-Date.
Afterwards, we planned a video premiere. Magic.

BRIX needed a family of websites that showcased a realtor's individuality while celebrating the collective. In addition to making personal websites, we've also build micro-sites for auctions, events, and more.
The BRIX Report

For the past few years, we've compiled an annual report for BRIX. We commission features, write some ourselves, and track the project from snout to tail.

Sometimes, we take our design skills out IRL and help organize epic parties, fundraisers, and concerts. BRIX loves to sprint outside of the box, and we love to meet them out there. We design promotional materials, contact entertainment and photographers, write copy, secure locations, and offer general support to the team at BRIX for each individual event.
